This event is a phone free experience. Upon entry your mobile tickets will be scanned and your seat details will be printed out on a paper ticket before your phone is locked away in a Yondr pouch. If you would like to transfer tickets to other members of your party, please do so before the event.

No mobile phones, smart watches/accessories, cameras or recording devices will be allowed in the arena at this event.  Upon arrival, all phones and smart watches/accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests maintain possession of their phones throughout the night, and if needed, may access their phones at designated Yondr phone zones located on the arena concourses.

Plan your journey

Don't forget, it's Coronation day in London and we don't want you to miss any of the event so we recommend planning ahead for your safest and easiest route to and from the venue.

In order to plan your journey accordingly and arrive as early as possible, allowing plenty of time for any congestion or road closures in the Wembley area, security checks and Yondr phone pouch sealing on entry:

If driving to attend your event, Wembley Park Official Car Park have pre-bookable parking space.

When planning your journey please also take note that we don’t have any cloakrooms in our venue and for security reasons all adult backpacks of any size and any other bags larger than 40 x 35 x 19 cm aren’t allowed. 

Your ticket, Yondr and contactless services

As you obtained your ticket via AXS.com, then you will have an AXS Mobile ID ticket. 

You and your guests will need to download the OVO Arena Wembley venue app to access your tickets and have them scanned as you go into the arena.

However once inside, the venue, this event is a phone free experience. OVO Arena Wembley is a cashless venue. We’ll only accept contactless or card payments - please ensure you have a payment method other than your phone.

Security 

We just want to remind you of our enhanced security at the OVO Arena Wembley. 

Everyone going into the arena will be screened through our security arches, ensuring we keep all our visitors safe.

Don't forget, in addition to this being a phone free event, no backpacks, large bags, liquids, large flags or items over the size of A3 are allowed into the arena.

We do lots to keep you safe with some security measure that you can see and some that you can’t. We have detection dogs at our sites, if you see them say hello but remember they are working dogs.
