Upgrade your experience with a pass to access one of our VIP Lounges.
The VIP Lounges offer private bars with comfortable seating and toilet access. You’ll be able to enter your lounge of choice 30 minutes before doors and access this space until 1-hour post-show (please note, post show lounge location may change or be subject to closure).
You’ll need a ticket to the show to access the lounges. Make sure you’re booking the correct event time and date, too.

Lounges accessed via our Premium Entrance (Rear of venue)
Coors Lounge
- Beat the queues with priority access into the venue through our exclusive Premium Entrance to relax in the Coors Lounge 30 minutes before doors open and up to 1-hour post-show*
- Superior lounge atmosphere, which will include hosts, DJ’s and entertainment pre-show†

The Coors Lounge is most suited to customers in North side blocks (N5-N9 for instance) as there is direct walkthrough access to the North concourse via the lounge, or South side blocks (S2-S12 for instance) as they are accessed via the South West end of the arena, near the Coors Lounge and Premium Entrance.
Heroes Lounge
- Beat the queues with priority access into the venue through our Premium and OVO Live Entrance to relax in the Heroes Lounge 30 minutes before doors open and up until 1-hour post-show*

The Heroes Lounge is most suited to customers in south side blocks (S2-S12 for instance) or on the main floor as the Premium and OVO Live entrance and the Heroes Lounge are on the South concourse. Travel time and distance to/from the North concourse seating should be considered when booking.
Headliners Lounge (Formerly the OVO Backstage Bar)
- Beat the queues with priority access into the venue through our Premium Entrance to relax in the Headliners Lounge 30 minutes before doors open and up until 1-hour post-show*

How to Upgrade
To upgrade your access into a VIP Lounge for the event that you are attending:
Head to the dedicated event page on our website or the‘ Events’ tab in our venue app and then click through to the axs.com ticketing page via the ticket buttons and hit the ‘Venue Lounge Passes’ buttons.

If you have not yet purchased tickets to the event, you can add VIP Lounge passes to your ticket selections during the purchase flow when booking via axs.com.
