Please keep personal belongings to a minimum. There are no storage facilities at the venue and failure to comply may result in late or non-admission. If you plan to bring a large bag that does not fit the bag policy, you can use Stasher to find places in the local area where you can leave your large items:

Our bag size limits are as follows:

1. All bags larger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A3 sized) are strictly prohibited.
2. Rucksacks or backpacks of any kind, luggage, holdalls, or any bags over A3 size are not permitted and there is no facility to store prohibited items.

Due to high temperatures, please read below for advice and updates on events taking place this week at OVO Arena Wembley.

• Avoid queuing early
• Wear light clothing
• Stay hydrated

There will be extra free water/refill points available throughout the venue PLUS we are temporarily relaxing our restrictions to allow the following:
 

• You can bring your own bottles of water into the arena.
  Standing area - for safety reasons, only collapsable plastic bottles (max 600ml size) will be permitted and lids will also be removed before entering this area.
  Seating area – hard reusable bottles will be allowed into this area.
• Small hand-held fans will also be permitted into all areas of the arena.
   

Our air conditioning will be in full operation inside the auditorium to help keep the area as comfortable as possible.
