Please note - if you downloaded our venue app prior to the 21st October 2026 then you will need to ensure that you have updated to the latest version of the app, the old version of our app is no longer supported, but you don’t need to download anything new! Just head to your app store and tap 'Update' to get the new version of the app, then create a new venue app account using the same e-mail address that you used to purchase your tickets to avoid any disruption in service.

Do I need to create an app account to use the OVO Arena Wembley venue app
By creating an account in the OVO Arena Wembley venue app you will be able to manage your mobile tickets and unlock access to other features such as exclusive in-app premium seating & lounge purchases.
Please remember - if you have previously downloaded and created a venue app account prior to 21st October 2026 then you will need to ensure that you have updated to the latest version and have also created a new venue app account.
What is an in-app purchase?
In-app premium seating & lounge purchases are orders made direclty in the app and sit separately to purchases made through our official ticketing partner AXS or official ticketing premium partner Ticketmaster.
Once in-app purchases are made, they can be accessed by tapping the 'My Orders' button on the homescreen of the app.
Redemption information is detailed both in the in-app purchase flow and the order confirmation that you will receive after purchasing.
