We can’t wait to welcome you to the OVO Arena Wembley. Our number one priority is making sure your visit is as safe and fun as possible.
When you visit us we’ll always be operating under most up to date guidance and legislation in place.
Our safety measures and terms of entry are always under constant review and we'll keep you up to date with any changes on how we operate on this page so please read all the information below and check back regularly before attending your event.

While self-isolation is no longer legally required if you test positive for COVID-19, the Government advises you to consider staying at home if you can and avoid contact with other people.
What we're doing to help keep you safe
Face coverings
While not mandatory, we ask you to please consider wearing a face covering in crowded, enclosed spaces inside our venue (e.g. concourse, toilets and queueing areas) inside our venue.
Hand sanitiser
We have partnered with Lifebuoy to ensure that high quality hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue.
Self-testing
To help protect you, all our guests and staff, we recommend that all staff working at our venue should consider taking a lateral flow test before attending the venue.
Enhanced cleaning
As part of our VenueShield programme, we have enhanced all cleaning throughout the venue before, during and after your visit.
Contactless services
If you bought your ticket via our website or AXS.com, then you will have an AXS Mobile ID ticket. You and your guests will need to download OVO Arena Wembley venue app to access your tickets and have them scanned as you go into the arena.
You can use the Venue App to order selected food, drinks and merchandise with fast collection lanes, so you’ll spend less time queuing and more time enjoying the show.
The OVO Arena Wembley is a cashless venue. We’ll only accept contactless or card payments.
